REGULATORY AUTHORISATION AND DOCUMENTED ACCESS TO CRYPTOASSET SERVICES
Vladislav Ch · Holder.io · Research revision V3 · 2 November 2026

This supplement contains the previously published V2 computational bundle in
frozen-v2/ and the V3 corrections and verification records in v3/. The study
examines documentary evidence for a fixed grid dated 30 October 2026.

VERIFY THE EXTRACTED SUPPLEMENT
Open a terminal in the extracted directory containing this README and run
the following command with Python 3.8 or later.

    python3 verify_v3.py .

The verifier uses only the Python standard library. It checks the distributed
file hashes, replays the 56 recorded changes and recomputes the completion
bounds. A successful run prints a JSON report with status "pass" and exits
with code 0. See VERIFY-V3.txt for the assumptions and coverage of each check.
The earlier V1 and V2 analyses are documented in frozen-v2/README.txt.

V3 CONTENT
v3/data/ contains 1,200 retained query records, 155 rules and the correction
ledger. Its 48 corrective field changes and 8 context metadata additions
affect 24 cells and 5 rules. All 1,200 historical outer status labels are
preserved. In V3, 649 cells have links to rules supporting the decision.

v3/sources/ contains dated readings with source locations, reading depth
and outstanding evidence gaps. v3/critics/ contains evidence checks, legal
source records and computational audits. The initial evidence audit and later
browser checks have separate populations. The study used internal automated
critique. Independent human coding and external peer review were not performed.

v3/manuscripts/ contains the English and Russian manuscripts, author notes,
bibliographies and illustrations. The Word and PDF editions are distributed
separately. v3/qa/ contains the correction replay and footnote metadata.

REBUILD THE V3 FIGURES
The figure script writes three illustrations in English and Russian, producing
six PNG files in v3/manuscripts/assets/. It also writes the figure data and
image-hash manifest in v3/figures/. The earlier figures and manuscript layout
have separate production workflows.

First verify the original distribution. To preserve its checksummed files,
make a working copy of the extracted supplement for the figure rebuild. From
the root of that copy, use a Python 3.11 or later environment and run

    python3 -m pip install -r v3/build/requirements-figures.txt
    python3 v3/build/build_figures.py

The requirements file pins Matplotlib 3.11.2. Rendering can produce different
image bytes across fonts or platforms. Compare the quantitative values in
v3/figures/ when assessing a rebuild.

READING THE RESULTS
The final check of 104 URLs located relevant primary text at 100 routes,
identified 2 directory pages and left 2 articles unresolved. The counting unit
is a URL route. Reading depth is recorded separately. The literature, statute
and case ledgers each document their own source population.

The frozen V2 grid contains 12 available, 273 unavailable, 187 restricted,
718 unknown, 10 inaccessible and 0 conflicting labels. The later reading of
Bitfinex terms is recorded separately from the original retrieval attempt.
The Eligible Contract Participant exception qualifies the current application
of four historical US labels. The completion bounds quantify uncertainty in
the stored annotations under the assumptions in VERIFY-V3.txt.

RESEARCH TOOLS AND RESPONSIBILITY
OpenAI Codex assisted with source retrieval and checking, data analysis, figures,
and drafting and revision. Vladislav Ch conducted the underlying research and
data collection and is responsible for the analysis, citations and final text.

RIGHTS AND OMISSIONS
No additional reuse licence is granted for the author's text, annotations, code
or figures. The frozen V2 rights and ESMA notices remain unchanged. No new full
third-party contract, paper, HTML capture or screenshot is included. Research
notes are authored observations, not archived remote documents. The private
Holder corpus and private correspondence/declarations are excluded.

INTEGRITY
SHA256SUMS records the hash of every other file in this distribution.
Verification establishes that the local files match this manifest. The frozen
V2 files retain the bytes of the earlier public bundle. Independent
authentication of the remote source documents requires separate evidence.
