Leading text names Coinbase India Private Limited (CIPL) and self-reports FIU-IND reporting-entity registration VA00061119. §3.1 requires continuing Indian tax AND exchange-control residence. §4.1 permits transfers only with wallets controlled by the customer; third-party-controlled wallets are unsupported. §4A.4 keeps CIPL legal custodian while Coinbase Inc supplies wallet infrastructure and is not the contracting party. §§5.1–5.2 describe CIPL execution-only brokerage on Deribit Exchange. Appendix4 §§1.9–1.12 distinguish the member’s classification from underlying-client classification; retail is default, with assessments and product conditions. §4A.12 preserves collateral/operational withdrawal restrictions. The lower agreement begins explicitly “as of Jun 1, 2025”; it is not the leading version.

Limit: Leading effective/update date not displayed in inspected text: do not assign June2025 to it. German-locale page includes English clauses. FIU claim is operator-authored, not independently confirmed here.
