Locator: Article59 paragraphs1,6,7,8

Paragraph1 distinguishes CASP authorisation underArticle63 from specified entities permitted underArticle60. Paragraph6 requires theauthorisation to specify authorised cryptoassetservices;paragraph8 requires an extension when addingservices. Paragraph7 addresses cross-border provision in theUnion. A generic brand-level MiCA label therefore loses instrument and service scope.

Limits: This statutory scope doesnot establish that a namedprovider is authorised, that every service is included,or that a givenretailcustomer meets contractconditions.
