V3 EVIDENCE REVIEW — 2 NOVEMBER 2026

Final EN source-reporting boundaries and the preceding reviewed RU version are supportable at their stated scope. The audit does not certify universal factual correctness, live access or complete reconstruction of historical pages. Source counts correctly separate the initial92 relevant reads,11 failed routes and1directory from the cumulative100 relevant routes,2directories and2unresolved article routes.

All56 overlay field changes were independently compared to old/new nested values. Original records/provenance and all outer statuses are preserved. Gemini timing and announcement wording are corrected; unread MFSA cards are attributed to retained V2 notes. Authored notes, remote captures and regulatory instruments remain distinct.

All final EN scientific evidence URLs map to original or added ledgers. Exact language/version citation inventories and manuscript hashes are recorded in v3-final-review.json. These citation denominators differ from the104 original rule/query-support URL denominator. Five separately checked technical pages support section7.3, including the now-added temporary Coinbase history-endpoint qualification.

The late Bitfinex terms introduce a US ECP exception. Final EN explicitly qualifies A10-R17 and four US cells as historical annotations with unresolved current applicability. The source supplement preserves the new observation without silently changing the frozen experiment. Three current Bybit product readings also preserve document-body versus page-update dates and limited reading depth.

Remaining production actions: translate the final English deltas into Russian; verify the first-page Codex note in final DOCX/PDF and any standalone Markdown; complete separate rendering/figure QA. No evidence-level blocker to the bounded EN interpretation remains. This is not certification of a complete contemporary access atlas.

Public scientific copies reside in public/. Initial audit files intentionally retain their initial stage; current-source-adjudications.json is the late reading supplement; technical-source-recheck.json is separate; v3-overlay-review.json verifies corrections. No original audit or canonical manuscript/data file was edited by this critic.
