The development plan for Katang Lingga Resort Island and Spa is divided into several stages of building plans, which is currently in the first phase of construction covering an area of 10.3 hectares. The construction of Katang Lingga Island Resort and Spa in this first phase consists of 105 Villas, divided into 10 Private Villa Units and 95 Public Villa Units.
