Holder terms of use
These terms cover Holder.io, its data, articles, user features and tools. The service operator is individual entrepreneur Vladislav Aleksandrovich Chalin (Чалин Владислав Александрович). For questions about these terms or the website, contact me@holder.io.
Purpose of the service
Holder provides reference information about cryptocurrencies and venues, analytical metrics and material for independent research. Displayed data, ratings and examples do not account for your personal financial situation and do not promise returns.
Holder is not a party to a transaction you make on an external exchange or other service. Following a link does not open an account with Holder. The relevant venue sets its own registration, trading, custody and withdrawal terms.
Data and availability
Prices, volumes, fees and feature availability can change. Information comes from different sources and may be delayed or contain errors. Check the selected service's current terms before acting; an indicative price does not guarantee execution at that price.
Website features may change, become temporarily unavailable or have limitations. Each analytical metric should be read with its methodology and scope. These terms do not exclude liability or user rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Accounts and acceptable use
Some features require login, including through Telegram. Keep control of your account, do not share access with others and tell us if you notice unauthorized use.
Do not use the website to disrupt the service, bypass access restrictions, distribute malicious code or spam, impersonate others or infringe their rights. Your use of the content and features must comply with the laws that apply to you.
Reviews and other user submissions
Share your own experience and information you are entitled to disclose. Do not publish access secrets, other people's personal data or material that infringes third-party rights. Authors are responsible for the content they submit.
By submitting text for public posting, you permit Holder to store and display it on the service in connection with the purpose of that submission. The review policy explains content, sources and challenges. Use feedback to clarify a publication or report a violation.
Content and external links
Rights in text, design, software components and data belong to their respective rights holders. You may link to public Holder pages without separate permission if the link does not falsely imply partnership or endorsement. Reuse of material requires permission or a basis under applicable law; attribution alone does not grant permission to republish an entire work.
External sites operate under their own terms. Some links are affiliate links and may earn Holder compensation, as explained in the affiliate disclosure.
Data, changes and contact
The privacy policy explains data processing, and the cookie policy explains browser storage settings. Read them alongside the rules for the feature you use.
