In addition to serving as the underlying asset and medium of exchange for the entire network, FIBO grants holders governance rights. The Fibonacci Foundation will initially control platform parameters in conjunction with community contributions, and as development continues, FIBO holders will be able to vote on updates to the decentralized social network project.
