ARK Invest Acquires $162M Shares in Solmate, Formerly Brera Holdings

ARK Invest purchased nearly $162 million in shares of Brera Holdings (BREA), which has rebranded as Solmate.
Solmate aims to establish a digital asset treasury based on Solana's SOL token.
The company raised $300 million from the UAE-based Pulsar Group.
ARK Invest allocated 6.5 million BREA shares across three funds: Innovation (ARKK), Next Generation Internet (ARKW), and Fintech Innovation (ARKF).
BREA's stock surged from $7.40 to a peak of $52.95, closing at $24.90, marking a daily increase of over 225%.
SOL reached its highest price levels since January, exceeding $250, with recent trades around $244, showing a monthly rise of over 20%.
