Binance Launches Deleted Account Service Tool for Data Management

Binance has launched the Deleted Account Service Tool, allowing former users to manage their information post-account deletion. This tool facilitates easy access to transactional records by simply entering the associated email or phone number.

The service eliminates the need for support tickets or waiting periods.
Previously, transaction history retrieval required going through the Data Protection Office (DPO).
This new self-service option is driven by the same department, enabling the DPO to focus on more complex privacy issues.
Binance aims to enhance data control and transparency for users, even after they leave the platform.

In October 2025, Binance integrated Bubblemaps' anti-insider trading technology with Binance Wallet to provide deeper insights into potentially fraudulent activities like pump-and-dump schemes.

Additionally, Binance CEO Richard Teng warned about a new scam targeting crypto users through fake support calls aiming to alter their API settings.
