Details of the New ETF Strategy

  • Each fund plans to allocate 60% of its assets directly into a token, with the remaining 40% in exchange-traded products (ETPs) related to the same token.
  • Included tokens: AAVE, Canton, ENA, HYPE, Near Protocol, Starknet, Sui, TAO, Uniswap, and ZEC.
  • Funds may also invest in derivatives like futures and swap agreements.

Awaiting SEC Decision on Avalanche ETF

  • Bitwise was the first to launch a Solana fund with a 0.20% annual sponsor fee, waived for the first $1 billion in assets for three months.
  • The Solana ETF includes a staking objective, with Coinbase Custody Trust Company as custodian.
  • Bitwise has an application for a spot Avalanche ETF under the ticker "BAVA," with a 0.34% management fee waived for one month or until $500 million in AUM is reached.
