Bybit Removed from France’s Regulatory Blacklist After Two Years
Bybit is now compliant with French regulations, according to its CEO Ben Zhou. The exchange was previously on France's regulatory blacklist for over two years.

- The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) confirms Bybit's removal from its blacklist.
- In May, the AMF advised investors to cease using Bybit due to its unregistered status.
- Following this, Bybit withdrew services for French nationals.
- Zhou expressed intentions to obtain a Markets in Crypto Assets (MiCA) license for broader operations in Europe.
- Bybit recently secured a license in India after settling a $1 million fine.
