COSIMO Digital Rebrands and Secures $12 Million in Funding Round

Digital asset firm COSIMO Ventures rebranded to COSIMO Digital, announcing a $12 million strategic funding round. The round, led by former Bridgewater executive Des Mac Intyre, aims to target strategic partners for expansion in the digital asset market.

The rebrand consolidates services under one umbrella, offering investment funds, custody services, advisory, broker-dealer services, and Web3 and blockchain development. Managing partner Ciaran Hynes stated that the unified identity was timely. Rob Frasca from COSIMO emphasized their leadership in tokenization and blockchain markets, facilitating opportunities for investors.
