- This distribution targets creditors with allowed claims in the Plan’s Convenience and Non-Convenience Classes who have fulfilled pre-distribution requirements.
- Payments will be processed through Bitgo, Kraken, or Payoneer within one to three business days post-distribution date.
- Allowed Class 5A Dotcom Customer Entitlement Claims receive an additional 6%, totaling 78% cumulatively.
- Allowed Class 5B U.S. Customer Entitlement Claims get a 40% distribution, raising their cumulative total to 95%.
