Utilizes a continuous clearing auction over multiple blocks to ensure fair price discovery and minimize "sniping" behavior.
Could increase total value locked (TVL) in aligned quote assets and generate yield for the platform’s Assistance Fund.
Leaves post-launch design choices like governance and tokenholder protections to individual projects.

Currently, Hyperliquid faces challenges in capital formation and price discovery, but HIP-6 aims to bridge these gaps and enhance the platform's competitive edge in initial token offerings. At the time of writing, HYPE was trading at $27.430, down 3% in the last 24 hours.
