Kraken is considering a public listing in the U.S. in early 2026.
Four senior executives from the institutional side have left: David Olsson, Shannon Kurtas, Jeff K, and Sanjay K.
Kraken has not commented on these departures.
The company has reportedly reduced "hundreds" of jobs ahead of its planned IPO to streamline operations.
In Q2 2025, Kraken's income decreased by 6.8% compared to the same period in 2024, with an EBITDA of $79.7 million down from $85.5 million.
