Ledger Unveils Mobile App for Secure Enterprise Transactions

Ledger has launched a new mobile app for institutional clients, enabling secure management of digital asset transactions from mobile devices. This app allows users to approve transactions remotely, enhancing efficiency for time-sensitive operations.

The Ledger Enterprise Mobile App is compatible with the Ledger Stax device, offering a secure and convenient solution for asset managers.
A key feature is the Clear Signing initiative, which reduces risks associated with "blind signing." Users can view transaction details on the Ledger Stax's touchscreen before approval.
The system maintains security even if a mobile phone is compromised. A double-authenticated secure channel connects the Ledger Stax with the Hardware Security Module (HSM), ensuring accurate transaction representation.
The app is available for iOS and Android, featuring push notifications for new requests and biometric authentication for privacy.
This hardware-based approach defends against threats such as malware targeting crypto wallets by keeping cryptographic keys offline.
