Guidance covered areas such as stablecoins, blockchain analytics, and coin listings.
NYDFS conducted investigations and enforcement actions, including against Paxos related to the Binance dollar stablecoin (BUSD).
The agency's expertise is recognized by Congress for advice and technical input.
