Robinhood has acquired Indonesian firms Buana Capital Sekuritas and PT Pedagang Aset Kripto, entering Southeast Asia's retail finance market.
The acquisitions provide Robinhood with regulatory compliance and local infrastructure, expediting its market entry.
These deals are expected to finalize in the first half of 2026.
Post-acquisition, Robinhood will serve existing clients and introduce its equity and crypto trading services.
Cathie Wood’s Ark Invest recently invested $21 million in Robinhood shares.
