The company purchased an additional 850 BTC for $99.7 million.
This acquisition was made at an average price of $117,344 per bitcoin, increasing their total stash to 639,825 BTC.
The purchase was funded mainly through common stock sales and the issuance of perpetual preferred stock.
MSTR shares declined by 2.5% in premarket trading, coinciding with a drop in bitcoin's price to approximately $112,000.
