What is World Rebuilding Trust?

World Rebuilding Trust (WRT) is a Solana-based SPL token designed to serve as a decentralized financial instrument within the context of post-conflict sovereign rebuilding. The protocol tokenizes exposure to large-scale infrastructure reconstruction across multiple nations, including Ukraine, Israel, Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, and Iraq. WRT operates on the Solana blockchain, leveraging its high throughput and low transaction costs to facilitate transparent capital allocation. The token's supply is capped at 1,000,000,000 with mint authority permanently revoked. The protocol allocates 40% of its supply to a dedicated rebuilding fund, 25% to liquidity provisioning, 15% to a seized asset reserve, 12% to strategic operations, and 8% to the founding council. WRT aims to provide a programmable, inflation-resistant alternative to fiat-denominated reconstruction capital at sovereign scale.
