BULLISH 📈 : Bitcoin ETFs attract $561.9M as Ethereum accumulation rises

Spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the US experienced a net inflow of $561.9 million on February 2. Leading contributors were FBTC and IBIT with inflows of $153.3 million and $142 million, respectively. This follows a net outflow of $1.61 billion in January.

Conversely, spot Ethereum ETFs saw a net outflow of $2.86 million on the same day.

  • BTC price fell below $75,000 for the first time since April 2025 but rebounded to $78,500 at the time of writing.
  • ETH has decreased by 26% over the past 30 days, currently near $2,300.

Selling Bitcoin, Buying Ethereum

  • Bitcoin holders deposited 3,220 BTC into major crypto exchanges, representing a net inflow of $252.6 million.
  • Ethereum registered a net outflow of 143,640 ETH from centralized exchanges, valued over $335 million.

BitMine, an Ethereum investment company, bought 41,000 ETH, increasing its holdings to 4.285 million tokens and accounting for 3.55% of ETH's circulating supply. It also holds 2.873 million staked ETH.

A crypto whale purchased 33,000 ETH worth $76.6 million and 250 Coinbase Wrapped BTC (CBBTC) worth $18.95 million during a price dip.
