Grayscale Launches XRP Trust ETF

Grayscale Investments has introduced its XRP Trust ETF, trading under the ticker GXRP on NYSE Arca as of November 24. This fund allows investors to purchase XRP through standard brokerage accounts.

The ETF initially offers a 0% management fee for three months or until assets reach $1 billion.
As of November 21, the trust held approximately 6 million XRP tokens valued at $11.67 million.
Coinbase Custody Trust Company manages the secure storage of the fund’s tokens.

Competitive Landscape

Four XRP funds are now trading in the US:
Canary Capital's XRPC launched on November 13.
Bitwise's spot XRP ETF launched on November 20 with a 0.34% fee and a first-month waiver on the first $500 million.
Franklin Templeton's XRPZ started on the same day as Grayscale, offering the lowest fee at 0.19% with a full waiver on the first $5 billion until May 31, 2026.
Canary Capital's XRPC carries a 0.50% fee with no waiver.

Grayscale manages around $35 billion across more than 40 investment products and filed for a public listing on NYSE under the "GRAY" ticker on November 13.

Market Activity

US spot Bitcoin ETFs saw $238.4 million in net inflows on November 21.
Ethereum ETFs attracted $55.7 million on the same day.
Solana ETFs added $10.4 million.
XRP ETFs recorded about $423 million in cumulative net inflows, with $384 million in net assets as of November 21.
