Strategy Increases Bitcoin Holdings by 245 BTC for $26 Million

Strategy (MSTR) has purchased an additional 245 BTC for $26 million, increasing its total holdings to 592,345 BTC valued at nearly $60 billion based on the current price of BTC at $101,000. The average purchase price for MSTR's bitcoin holdings is now $70,681.

This acquisition was funded through proceeds from an at-the-market equity offering program for preferred stock classes STRK and STRF. MSTR shares are down 2.1% in premarket trading amid ongoing volatility in the bitcoin market following recent geopolitical events.
