MicroStrategy Increases Bitcoin Holdings to 450,000 After $243M Purchase

Michael Saylor's MicroStrategy has increased its bitcoin holdings for the tenth consecutive week.

In the week ending Jan. 12, MicroStrategy purchased 2,530 BTC for $243 million.
Total holdings now stand at 450,000 BTC.
Average purchase price of the latest buy was $95,972; overall average price is $62,691.
Shares fell nearly 5% in premarket trading as BTC price hovers above $90,000.

Semler Scientific acquired an additional 237 BTC for $23.3 million.

Purchase was made using proceeds from an ATM offering and operating cash flow.
Average price for this acquisition was $98,267.
Semler now holds 2,321 BTC with an aggregate value of $191.9 million at an average purchase price of $82,867.
SMLR shares are down almost 7% in premarket trading.
