ProShares to Launch Three XRP ETFs Following SEC Approval

ProShares will launch three XRP-tracked products this week, following an implicit approval from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The new products are:

  • Ultra XRP ETF (2x leverage)
  • Short XRP ETF
  • Ultra Short XRP ETF (-2x leverage)

The SEC has acknowledged multiple XRP spot ETF applications, with Grayscale's application facing a deadline of May 22.

Teucrium recently launched the first XRP ETF in the U.S., achieving over $5 million in trading volumes on its first day.

Additionally, the CME Group is set to introduce XRP futures next month, expanding its offerings alongside BTC, ETH, and SOL.

This surge in XRP ETFs follows Ripple's recent legal victory against the SEC, which concluded in March, easing regulatory challenges for XRP.
