Strategy (MSTR) has acquired 7,390 BTC for about $764.9 million, at an average price of $103,498 per bitcoin.

Total bitcoin holdings now reach 576,230 BTC, valued at approximately $59 billion.
Average purchase price for the entire bitcoin position is $69,726.
The acquisition was financed through an at-the-market offering of Class A common stock and Series A STRK preferred stock.
Between May 12 and May 18, Strategy raised $705.7 million from common stock sales and issued 621,555 shares of STRK preferred stock.
Current bitcoin trading price is around $103,000; MSTR shares are down over 1% in pre-market trading.
