The Blockchain Group Acquires 182 Bitcoin, Total Holdings Reach €149 Million

The Blockchain Group (ALTBG) acquired 182 BTC for 17 million euros ($19.6 million), increasing its total holdings to 1,653 BTC valued at nearly 149 million euros.

Key details include:

Funding from convertible bond issuances exceeding 18 million euros by UTXO Management, Moonlight Capital, Ludovic Chechin-Laurans, and TOBAM.
Conversion of share warrants into approximately 3 million ordinary shares, generating an additional 1.6 million euros for bitcoin purchases.
Reported a 1,173% BTC yield year-to-date, significantly higher than competitors: Strategy (MSTR) at 19.1%, Metaplanet at 266.07%, and Semler Scientific at 26.7%.
BTC purchased through Swissquote Bank Europe and Banque Delubac, held in custody by Taurus.
Average cost basis of Bitcoin now stands at about 90,000 euros per coin.

Following this news, shares of The Blockchain Group declined by 2.1% to 4.895 euros on Euronext Paris.
