- Exercised warrants (BSA 2025-01) to issue over 1.1 million new shares, raising about 600,000 euros for acquiring 6 BTC.
- Completed an “ATM-type” capital increase with TOBAM, raising 4.1 million euros to fund 41 BTC.
- Year-to-date BTC Yield reached 1,270%, with gains of approximately 508.3 BTC, translating to around 46.7 million euros.
