The Blockchain Group Acquires 624 BTC for €60.2 Million

The Blockchain Group, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, has acquired 624 BTC for about 60.2 million euros ($68.8 million). This purchase follows two financing operations:

A private placement raised 6.8 million euros for the acquisition of 80 BTC.
A convertible bond issuance generated 55.3 million euros from Fulgur Ventures, funding the purchase of 544 BTC.

Currently, The Blockchain Group and its Luxembourg subsidiary hold a total of 1,471 BTC, valued at approximately 131.9 million euros (average price of 89,687 euros per bitcoin). Since the start of 2025, the company achieved a BTC yield of 1,097.6% YTD, gaining 439 BTC and increasing its value by 42.3 million euros.
