XRP Ledger Payment Transactions Decline to Lowest Level Since October

Activity on the XRP Ledger has decreased significantly since Q1 2025:

• Payment transactions fell to 320,747, the lowest since October, down from an average of over 1 million.
• Active addresses dropped below 10,000, also a multi-month low.
• XRP burned as fees decreased to 1,500 XRP, coinciding with fewer new account creations.

The slowdown follows a strong Q1 where payment transactions surged by 36% and active addresses grew by 142%.
