CreatorBid has partnered with Binance Wallet for its public token sale, introducing the Token Generation Subscription on the BNB Smart Chain.
- 100,000,000 BID tokens available, representing 10% of total supply
- Price set at 0.025 USDC per token
- Maximum purchase limit of $500 USDC per Binance Keyless Wallet
- Target to raise 2.5 million USDC; no funds raised yet
- Fully diluted valuation (FDV) of $25 million
- Tokens will be unlocked immediately at the Token Generation Event (TGE)
- TGE scheduled for January 23, 2025, at 9:00 AM UTC
- No vesting period; distribution within two hours post-sale
- Participants must have a Binance Keyless Wallet with sufficient USDC and BNB
CreatorBid selected Binance Wallet for its credibility and industry status, ensuring all participating wallets complete KYC verification to maintain security and fairness.
Key guidelines include:
- No trading of BID tokens before the subscription ends; early circulating tokens are fraudulent
- Only Binance Keyless Wallets can participate; external wallets not eligible
- Disqualification possible for dishonest practices such as money laundering or market manipulation
The BID token will also be multichain, available on both Base and BNB Chain.
