What is Lode?

LODE is a revenue-optimized infrastructure protocol for Uniswap v4 that algorithmically captures Loss-Versus-Rebalancing (LVR)—the largest extractable value leak in DeFi liquidity provision.

Through intelligent on-chain auction mechanics, LODE intercepts top-of-block arbitrage opportunities worth $500M+ annually, redistributing 80% to liquidity providers and channeling 20% into systematic token buybacks and burns. Built as a permissionless v4 hook, LODE operates without requiring new wallets, routers, or off-chain dependencies.

The protocol solves MEV asymmetry at the pool level, transforming parasitic extraction into sustainable yield for capital providers while creating deflationary pressure through continuous market buybacks—turning DeFi's most persistent inefficiency into a self-reinforcing value engine for the Ethereum ecosystem.
