What is Meter Governance?

MTRG is the governance token of the Meter system. Meter is the most decentralized and fastest Ethereum sidechain network with a native metastable gas currency. MTRG is used to validate transactions via HotStuff Style Proof of Stake consensus and participate in the governance of the Meter network. MTR is the gas token for the Meter network.

How to add Meter Governance to Metamask?

To add MTRG to the metamask you need:

  1. In the wallet select the desired network and then in the cryptocurrencies section scroll to the bottom - click "Import tokens".
  2. Copy the smart contract address for Meter Governance from the list below.
  3. Paste into the "Smart Contract Address" field.
  4. Click the "Add Custom Token" button.
