Based in the Netherlands, Altilly is an exchange with a painfully simple web interface. The exchange has its own token, AltillyCoin, "a reward coin for the Altilly ecosystem." In addition to low fees, trading on this exchange is quite risky given its very young age, the complete lack of articles in the support section (only a contact form, which went unanswered when inquired), and the total anonymity of the team.
