Detailed Review of Exchange Bybit

Bybit offers spot trading, perpetual and expiry contracts, and options. Available products depend on the country and the legal entity serving the customer. Global platform terms do not automatically apply to regional versions.
Verification and access
Under Bybit's rules, at least Standard identity verification is mandatory for all products and services. Some features and regions require additional verification.
Check the restricted jurisdictions before registering. A translated interface or an available P2P pair does not establish eligibility for service.
Bybit warns that misrepresenting residence may result in account termination and liquidation of positions.
Base trading fees
The global Bybit fee schedule lists these VIP 0 rates:

On 21 February 2025, a major incident affected a Bybit Ethereum wallet.
In its 26 February statement, the exchange described preliminary findings concerning the attack through Safe.
Claims that Bybit has never experienced a security incident are incorrect.
A P2P counterparty rating, identity verification and two-factor authentication do not guarantee protection from losses or account restrictions. Check the terms for the specific payment and withdrawal method before a transaction.
