Circle gets final approval for national trust bank, first since 2021
Circle has received final approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to establish a national trust bank. (They had already received conditional approval last December.)
Looks like this is the first time a crypto company has gotten final approval since Anchorage Digital in 2021. Others like Coinbase, Crypto.com, and Morgan Stanley are still in conditional approval status.
