The EOS Network has rebranded to Vaulta, focusing on Web3 banking. This transition is expected to be complete by May 2025.

  • Vaulta will introduce a new token, transitioning from the existing EOS token, which is already listed on over 137 exchanges, including Binance and Coinbase.
  • A Vaulta Banking Advisory Council will be established to support goals in the Web3 banking sector.
  • Key services include wealth management, consumer payments, portfolio management, and insurance.
  • Vaulta will partner with Ceffu, Binance's institutional custody partner, to combine decentralized finance with centralized exchange utilities.
  • Vaulta will retain EOS Network’s infrastructure for decentralized data management and low-cost transactions.

Following the rebranding announcement, EOS experienced a 25% increase, reaching $0.65, although it remains 97.3% below its all-time high of $22.89 from April 2018.
