Checks cover only the published sources. No match does not mean unlawful activity. A name match does not establish website ownership.

1. Legal entity and basis

We retain company identifiers and each legal basis separately. A licence, register entry and Article 60 MiCA notification have different meanings.

2. Exact website address

Registry address checks compare the exact host and path. Links to Holder overviews also match the website domain, including www and regional subdomains. Multiple profiles are shown separately. These links do not extend an authorisation to the brand.

3. Dates and freshness

Future dates and cessation are shown separately. A blank end date does not guarantee current authorisation. Download failures retain the previous version with a warning.

4. History and change review

We retain the source file, checksum and publication history. An editor reviews changes to existing records and disappearances; validated additions update automatically after the first source review.

Authorisation is not a reliability rating. Services, territories, client status and restrictions require separate checks. Advertising does not affect source records.
