User Agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) regulates the relationship between the owner of https://holder.io/ru (hereinafter HOLDER or Administration) on one side and the user of the site on the other.
By using the site, you agree to the terms of this agreement.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Administration agrees to:

- provide all available information about the User to authorized government bodies in cases established by law

The Agreement ceases to be valid upon the appearance of its new version.
The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this agreement at its discretion.
The Administration does not notify users of changes to the Agreement.
