Since April 2022, Binance has been gradually tightening restrictions for investors from Russia and the CIS countries. There have been no direct account blockages. However, there were other limitations.

Although there have been no account blockages, Binance is ready to lift restrictions for citizens of the Russian Federation who can prove their long-term stay outside of Russia. The exchange informed users about this in its email notification. At the same time, Binance itself recommends that Russians transfer their accounts to the Commex exchange.
