BNB Chain RWA tops $3B, second after Ethereum, leads $747M monthly inflows
BNB Chain’s RWA TVL crossed $3.04B and ranks No. 2 after Ethereum. Net inflows lead all chains over 30 days.
The RWA sector reached $27B in distributed assets, up 8.5% month-on-month and 375% YoY, per RWA.xyz data reported by NewsBTC on sector growth.

Growth on BNB Chain accelerated in 2025. From $3.6M in January to $2B by December. Messari tracked a 228% QoQ jump in Q4 2025 and 554.6% YoY for BNB Chain’s RWA value per Messari data.
By end-Q4, BNB Chain ranked second by total RWA value, surpassing Solana. It added another $1B in Q1 2026 and broke $3B last week. As of March 16: $3.04B distributed value, +34.5% in 30 days. Net flows hit $747M over 30 days, about $300M ahead of Ethereum and $450M ahead of Solana, per the same dataset as cited above.
USYC drives most of the momentum. Circle’s interest-bearing US Yield Coin overtook BlackRock’s BUIDL as the largest tokenized U.S. Treasury product with $2.29B supply per NewsBTC. BNB Chain listed USYC in July and enabled off-exchange collateral on Binance. By Q4, over $900M of USYC’s then-$1B supply sat on BNB Chain. USYC now holds 74% of the network’s RWA share with $1.91B on BNB Chain and $2.13B total value.
BlackRock’s BUIDL expanded to BNB Chain in November, also eligible as off-exchange Binance collateral. It ranks second on BNB Chain RWAs with $506M per NewsBTC.
Adoption broadened. Asset holders rose 360% YTD, from 8,700 to 40,946. Stablecoin holders on BNB Chain are up 7.5% in a month to 59.3M, second only to TRON, after 121.4% growth in 2025. BNB Chain’s stablecoin market cap stands near $14.2B per NewsBTC.
Beyond USYC and BUIDL, Franklin Templeton’s Benji platform, Matrixdock’s gold-backed XAUm, and Ondo’s tokenized stocks reached a combined $394M on BNB Chain.
