What is BOLD?

BOLD is a fully redeemable USD-pegged stablecoin issued by the Liquity Protocol. It is used to pay out loans within the Liquity ecosystem, which allows users to set their own interest rates and borrow against ETHm, wstETH, and rETH as collateral. Loans must maintain a minimum collateral ratio of 110% and are secured by a Stability Pool containing BOLD and by fellow borrowers acting as guarantors of last resort.

How to add BOLD to Metamask?

To add BOLD to the metamask you need:

  1. In the wallet select the desired network and then in the cryptocurrencies section scroll to the bottom - click "Import tokens".
  2. Copy the smart contract address for BOLD from the list below.
  3. Paste into the "Smart Contract Address" field.
  4. Click the "Add Custom Token" button.

The BOLD is available on the 3 blockchain networks. Below is a list of BOLD smartcontract addresses to add to the metamask:
