As Bitcoin prepares for the 2025 bull rally, Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) announced a $2 billion offering of 0% convertible senior notes due by 2030. The offering allows initial purchasers to acquire an additional $300 million, potentially raising a total of $2.28 billion if fully exercised.
