Analyst says Bitcoin dip to $50K could fuel $126K breakout
Analyst maps two paths for Bitcoin. Flush to $50k then ATH, or rally to $90k then crash to $29k.
Crypto analyst Tara outlined the scenarios on X. She called the recent bounce above $71k “noise.” Her chart frames the next move. It sits between macro 0.382 resistance at $98,096 and 0.5 support at $93,038.
First mention: Bitcoin (BTC).
What could play out:
- Bullish track. A breakdown toward $50k after losing the 0.618 support at $69,891 can reset the trend, then fuel a reversal higher. Tara expects a push through the $93,200 resistance and a run to a new ATH above $126,000 once 0.382 gives way. Sources: $50k flush setup, Fib levels and $93,200, bullish trigger at 0.382, ATH > $126k.
- Bearish track. A rally above $90k without a meaningful correction could precede a sharp drop, in line with her ABC structure. That move aligns with resistance near $93,200 and would extend the corrective phase, with downside toward $29,000. Sources: rally then crash risk, ABC path and resistance, ongoing correction, $29k target.
Tara’s view comes as BTC trades sideways after reclaiming $71k. She says that bounce alone doesn’t clarify direction. Sources: $71k rebound, prolonged downtrend context.
