Bitcoin ETFs log $1.32B March inflows; ETH and XRP record outflows

US spot Bitcoin ETFs snapped a five-month slump with $1.32B of March inflows. Ethereum and XRP ETFs saw monthly outflows, while Solana led altcoin products.

- March inflows hit $1.32B, the first monthly gain of 2026, per SoSoValue data. Bitcoin (BTC) closed the month green.
- A four-week inflow streak ended as investors pulled $296.18M last week. Q1 net outflows totaled $496M; Q4 2025 saw $1.15B outflows, per SoSoValue.
- Nate Geraci noted investors “largely displayed diamond hands,” adding cumulative spot BTC ETF net inflows since Jan 2024 are ~$56B, per NewsBTC reporting.

Altcoin ETFs
- Solana (SOL) led March with $45.44M inflows and posted $213.1M for Q1. The category logged six straight months of inflows since Oct 2025. Cumulative net inflows stand at $979.3M, near the $1B mark, per NewsBTC analysis.
- Ethereum (ETH) funds recorded $46M March outflows. ETH products have five consecutive negative months and $3.21B total outflows since November; Q1 outflows reached $769M. ETH led all assets in weekly outflows for a second week, shedding over $200M, per CoinShares’ report.
- XRP ETFs saw their first monthly outflows at $31.3M. Since launching in November, the category amassed over $1.24B inflows; Q1 2026 net flows were +$42.52M, second only to Solana, per NewsBTC.
