German state Saxony could seize another 57,000 BTC under court deal

Judge outlines movie2k plea deal MDR. Saxony keeps €2.64b from 2024 sales source and may get 57,000 Bitcoin source.

Defendants are former movie2k.to operators source. Authorities earlier received 49,858 BTC. They sold them in June–July 2024 for €2.64b source.

Deal terms aim to shorten trial MDR.
