Sol Strategies Acquires 40,300 SOL for $9.9 Million in January

Sol Strategies, a Canadian investment firm focused on Solana, acquired 40,300 SOL from January 19 to January 31 for approximately $9.9 million, averaging $246.53 per token. The company now holds 189,968 SOL valued at around $40.89 million, with an average purchase price of C$256.21 (US$178.39) per SOL.

Last month, Sol Strategies sold $2.5 million in convertible debentures to buy an additional 6,564.57 SOL at $265.65 each.
As of the latest data, Solana's price is $215, having decreased over 8.5% in the past week.
Sol Strategies, previously Cypherpunk Holdings, is led by Leah Wald and operates validators on Solana, Sui, Monad, and ARCH.
The firm also holds 3.168 BTC valued at $315,800, shifting its focus from BTC accumulation to SOL.
