Whales push Bitcoin holdings to 4.25M BTC, price nears $75,000
Whales lifted their Bitcoin stack to 4.25M BTC, the highest since mid-February. Price pressed toward $75,000 after the jump.
Santiment tracks whales as 1,000–10,000 BTC wallets. That’s $74.5M to $745M per wallet at current prices per its post.
Holdings fell earlier this year, then reversed in mid-March. The climb accelerated over the weekend.

On Sunday, whales added 27,652 BTC. That’s over $2B at spot, pushing their stash back to 4.25M BTC per Santiment.
Whale accumulation coincided with a rally toward $75,000 per NewsBTC.
Whale activity isn’t limited to BTC. On Ethereum, 100,000+ ETH wallets rose from 54 to 57 in a week, signaling new large inflows per Santiment. “You can expect a level of correlation with price when this number grows,” the firm noted on X. Recent ETH upside was also flagged by NewsBTC here.
At writing, Bitcoin trades around $74,500, up 8% week-on-week per NewsBTC.
