Saylor signals MicroStrategy will buy more Bitcoin as price nears $67K
Strategy drops below NAV as its average BTC buy sits at $75,985 while price hovers near $66,850. Michael Saylor hints at another purchase.
He posted “The Second Century Begins” with the firm’s accumulation chart on X. See the post here.
Key figures:
- Average cost: $75,985 per coin
- Spot price: about $66,850 for Bitcoin
- Last buy: 3,015 BTC in late February for over $200 million
- Treasury: 720,737 BTC, worth roughly $48 billion at current prices

The stock now trades below its BTC per-share value. That gives investors discounted BTC exposure via equity.
Strategy keeps funding buys with debt and equity. That model drew scrutiny as prices fell.
Data from SaylorTracker show deeper unrealized losses with each dip. The firm isn’t changing course.
Sector pressure builds. Reports flag potential 2026 consolidation among BTC treasuries. BTCS’s Wojciech Kaszycki said firms below NAV face real pressure and that combining “sometimes two plus two equals six or more.”
Saylor pushed back on M&A. He said deals take too long and outcomes shift in 6–9 months.
Another buy isn’t confirmed. Historically, his chart posts are often followed by a filing.
