… show moreIf you're a US-based user, beware: availability and restrictions can be tricky. I had to jump through extra hoops to use some features and eventually closed my account. Non-US users may not have the same problems, but do your homework if you're in the States.

… show moreIcrypex won't let me withdraw my money. My first withdrawal transaction has been pending for three days. The first manager wrote that the withdrawal would be processed after he called me during business hours and confirmed the transaction. Another manager wrote that he had forwarded my withdrawal request to the department, which would contact me. No one has contacted me. This exchange does not inspire confidence. I have lost money and time.
